Starting in 8th grade, you’ll enter the first important phase of career exploration. You’ll receive support to help you figure out which careers match your interests, strengths, and skills.

Through the KAoA (No Diploma Without a Path) program, you’ll participate in various activities designed to help you choose a career step by step. These include:

potential assessments, where you’ll discover your strengths and talents,
career field explorations, where you can try out different careers,
hands-on courses, where you’ll gain practical experience.

Some of these activities take place outside of school and complement your classroom instruction and internships. Over the next few years, KAoA will serve as a guiding thread on your path to choosing the right career.
