Roadshow by the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs) in the Ruhr Region
In June 2026, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs) in the Ruhr Region will bring the topics of vocational training and securing a skilled workforce directly to the region: With the roadshow under the motto “POP-UP Vocational Training and Continuing Education: Start Your Future Now!”, the IHKs are offering new, accessible ways to get information, exchange ideas, and explore career paths.
Career challenges, a wheel of fortune, VR headsets, apprenticeship ambassadors, available apprenticeship positions, and much more… this mobile format creates space for personal conversations, practical information, and new connections—right on site!
Stops in the Ruhr region:
• Starting June 22, 2026: Bochum, Ruhr Park – in front of SiNN
- June 22, 2026 – Friday, June 26, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- The IHK Mittleres Ruhrgebiet offers great opportunities and an exciting program for those interested.
- On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, welcome-ambassadors will also be on site to answer any questions.
- There will also be a dedicated careers course with interactive activities focused on apprenticeships.
